TO LOG IN:
1. Access the UpBup Login page at https://app.upbup.com
Parents who have not previously created an account with UpBup will have to register a new account. If you haven't received an invitation email please contact your childcare provider to request an invitation.
2. Login with email and previously set password
TO RESET PASSWORD:
1. If you receive an "Authentication Failed" message when trying to log in it means your email or password are incorrect. You can choose to receive your password reset link to your email or cell phone number on file
2. Note that the password reset link will be emailed or sent via sms if you have a registered account and you input the email that your account is under
3. Locate Password Reset email/sms an follow the included link
You may need to check your Inbox as well as your Spam/Junk mail folder
If you don't receive an email/sms to reset your password, this could mean that you never created an UpBup Parent account. Please reach out to your child care provider and ask for an invitation to be sent, or for them to clarify what email do they have on file for you.
