Provider Admins can manage staff form requests by assigning different user roles. This article explains the different types of access Admins, Teachers, and Staff have in UpBup.
1. Admins
Admins have the highest level of control over staff form management. Their capabilities include:
✅ Requesting & Managing Forms: Admins can initiate and track form requests through the FORMS Dashboard, for children, admins, teachers and staff
✅ Monitoring Progress: Admins can track request statuses in the ACTIVITY tab.
✅ Setting Deadlines: Admins can specify a Request Due Date for form submissions.
✅ Managing Staff Forms via Staff Form Checklist: Admins can view, update and print Staff Form Checklist.
2. Teachers
Teachers have more limited permissions. Their capabilities include:
✅View children files: Depending of the type of access granted by admins, teachers can view certain children records. Teachers can not edit any information or create requests.
✅ Receiving & Completing Forms: Teachers can be selected as recipients of form requests.
✅ Submitting Required Information: Once a form is received, they must complete and submit it within the given deadline
3. Staff
Staff members have the most restricted access. Their role includes:
✅ Receiving Form Requests: They can be assigned forms by Admins.
✅ Filling & Submitting Forms: Staff must complete their assigned forms and submit them within the specified timeframe.
