Depending on the type of access you have you may be able to both fill out staff forms and review children's records using your UpBup account. In this article we will overview how to fill out forms and upload staff documents.
Once your center administrator requests forms from you, you will receive an email to activate your UpBup account, or log into it if you have already created a password in the past.
Once you login you will:
1. Navigate to "My Forms"
2. You can filter on specific forms that were requested by the center using the SHOW ME filters. When a form needs to be filled out and signed, you will see an ANSWER button next to that form.
3. Fill out all required fields within the staff form, once it is complete the PREVIEW button will start blinking
4. Click PREVIEW and review the PDF
5. Sign and Submit the form
6. The status of your form will be SUBMITTED now
7. If the center requested you to upload documents you will see the UPLOAD button
8. Select the file or files from your computer and click UPLOAD
