UpBup's allows provider to offer forms in different languages, you can view your forms in the language selected, and once submitted, the provider will see them in English.
IN DESKTOP:
You can view a form translated to different languages by navigating to the top right of your screen and selecting a language from the dropdown.
IN MOBILE:
1. Select the MENU option at the top right of your screen
1. Select SETTINGS
3. Select the language dropdown
4.Select your preferred language from the list displayed
5. View your forms in your selected language, note than upon submission, the care provider will see your forms in English
