UpBup's CLONE feature allows parents to reuse much of the child's information when filling out forms, and simplifies the process for the administrators, since there is no need to create new records.

While the CLONE feature allows to transfer the child's users from one center to another within a network, it does not transfer their forms. Since centers may have specific questions that only apply to their site, such as permissions, pick up contacts and transportation plans, parents need to re-submit this information to each center. This also ensures that parents share the information they prefer with each center.
To REQUEST forms for the child that has been transferred, you will need to find their record within the new center and then follow these steps to request a full enrollment packet or these steps to request an individual form.
