Sending an email to parents requesting they complete and submit Enrollment forms to a childcare center has never been easier! With a few clicks on your list of registered children, UpBup will send an email Request to each parent including an invitation link they will use to create their own private and secure account on UpBup's Parent Portal.



To request your center's enrollment forms packet follow the steps below.


You will need to be logged in as an Administrator. 


1. Locate the Children for whom you want to REQUEST Enrollment forms from the FORMS dashboard. 


A great way to find children whose enrollment packet has not been requested yet is using the filters at the top of the dashboard. "Not Requested" will show you children that have a blank Enrollment status.


2.1 REQUESTING ENROLLMENT PACKET FROM ONE CHILD:  

  • Make sure that the Enrollment packet is selected from the FORM/PACKET Dropdown
  • Select the REQUEST button next to that child's name.



2.2 REQUESTING ENROLLMENT PACKET FROM MULTIPLE CHILDREN:

  • Check the boxes left to the children's names that should receive the enrollment packet request, or check the "All" box to Select All everyone at your center. 

You can also filter the children using the GROUP FILTER, and then select of all the children within a group or class, if you are looking to make a form request to a specific group. 


  • When selecting MULTIPLE or ALL children records, select the upper REQUEST button located next to the Form/Packet you wish to send.  

Selecting the REQUEST button next to a child's name will only create a request for that child, to request your enrollment packet to multiple selected children you will have to use the REQUEST button next to the FORM/PACKET dropdown




3. Specify the Due Date for the Enrollment packet (this date will appear in the email parent's receive for this request). Use the date picker to determine the due date. (Click here for more information on Using the Date Picker)



4. Select REQUEST.



5. Confirm the Request Date.  


6. You will now see confirmation about your request. Details can be seen on the Activity dashboard. Forms dashboard will show updated Request status after the request is shown as Completed on the Activity dashboard.
