TO IDENTIFY WHAT EMAIL IS PARENT1 OR PARENT2 USING IN UPBUP:


1. Go to the CHILDREN Dashboard


2. Locate the Child record by scrolling or using the Name filter tool (Enter the child's name)


3. Scroll over the right to locate the P1 Email and P2 Email.  


4. These address are the ones currently associated with the specific child




TO IDENTIFY THE CURRENT ACCOUNT STATUS: 


1. Go to the CHILDREN's records Tab and find the child of the parent your are trying to verify.

2. Scroll right to locate P1 UpBup Status, P1 Email & P2 UpBup Status, P2 Email.




3. Determine if P1 or P2 have already registered and UpBup account


  • Registered parents will have UpBup Status = READY
  • Unregistered parents will have UpBup Status = INVITED or blank
