Providers always have access to view children's forms (current and previous).
Some states' regulations require providers to have physical forms on site. This article will cover how you can easily view, print and keep track of printed/not printed records in your FORMS dashboard.
IMPORTANT
We recommend that you use Google Chrome browser for best results when printing and for other admin functionalities.
