UPON LOGIN, Teachers will see the number of Dashboards, allowing the following functions: 

  • Review and submit staff forms requested by your center
  • Immediate access to information on Allergies, Emergency Contacts and Daily Attendance
  • Read-only view of parents contact information, emergency contacts and allergies
  • Click-to-call contact and emergency phone numbers from remote/mobile devices
  • Optional access to any forms, reports and children's record checklist
  • Easy Search, Sort and Filter child records


CHECKLIST Dashboard 


Within this dashboard teachers have access to view and download (Select all + PRINT CHECKLIST) the children's record checklist that administrators update for licensing. You can filter the checklist by child or group using the Name and Group filters

The different links on these dashboard will open the forms that these dates refer to. 



CONTACTS Dashboard


Within this dashboard teachers have access to the parents/guardians cell phone number and call it on one click if they are using UpBup in a phone or ipad. 

Additionally this dashboard allows you to view the emergency contacts for each child, and the pick up permissions for each one using the CONTACTS button. 





ALLERGIES-DIETS Dashboard


Within this dashboard teachers have access to view the allergy information input in the children's forms in a report format. 

Teachers can filter this list based on allergy type using the "Show me" filters. This report can be exported to Excel for distribution.  




FORMS Dashboard


Within this dashboard teachers have a view only access of all submitted forms. Simply select the form you'd like to view from the FORM FILTER, and select the FORM button next to the child's name 






ATTENDANCE Dashboard


Within this dashboard teachers can track attendance, as well as downloading attendance reports. For more information on attendance tracker please view this article: Attendance Tracker



REPORTS Dashboard


Within this dashboard teachers can view and download the customized reports created for their centers. To learn more on customized reporting check out this article: Reports



MyForms


Teachers can also fill out forms that have been requested from them by the center, just navigate to MyForms. For more information on how to fill out your forms, review this article: Filling out your staff forms
