The CACFP dashboard allows determining and confirming officials to review Meal Benefit Eligibility forms, define an eligibility status for the child, and add the required official signatures to ensure these forms are compliant with state and federal regulations.
You can filter your CACFP Dashboard based on:
Group: Filter the children by classroom or group. Learn more about how you can edit the group of a child or several children here.
Status: Filter the children by status, if you want to look at forms submitted by graduated/withdrawn students simply filter on Inactive children. Find here how to change the status for children.
Eligibility: Filter based on the eligibility determined
Signatures: Filter based on the progress of signatures, review which forms are complete or need to be signed.
Additionally, you can always use the Show Me filters at the top of the dashboard to filter the forms based on the submission status: Using Show Me options to Monitor Forms
