Using UpBup, you can review and sign off on Child Meal Benefit Eligibility Forms. 


1. Navigate to the CACFP dashboard 


If you can't see the dashboard, you may need to have your access to CACFP added. Find instructions on how you or your supervisor can do this here: Add & Invite New Admin to a Provider Site


2. You will be able to see submitted Meal Benefit Eligibility Forms, and the "Official's" selection next to it. Click on it to add information and signatures. 




3. The annual income and household size will be automatically calculated based on the form submission. You can select the Eligibility decision, the reason and add a signature. 




4. Once you click SUBMIT, an updated version of the PDF including the official signature will be available. 





Please note that you can review all versions of the document from the VIEW button next the child's name


The history button will show you all versions of the form (before and after official's signatures)
