If your hub has more than 1 type of application, applicants will be able to select the type of application from the short application page.
As the hub admin you will be able to see the type of application they have, and filter on each type from your PLACEMENT Dashboard
If at any point you need to request and receive a different type of application for a child, you can always edit the type of application with the EDIT button next to the child's name
Chose the new type of application and select UPDATE
Please note that the applicant will only have access to the application that they are set to. If an applicant has submitted more than 1 type of application, you can always see them in your FORMS dashboard.
You can request a new application and that action will send them an email notifying them that they have new documentation due. This can be done from the FORMS dashboard. Learn more about requesting forms here: Requesting an Individual Form
