UpBup has implemented systems to avoid parents having duplicate accounts. When a parent's name, email and cell phone number has been registered in our database, these fields will have to be consistent across centers. 


Here are some steps you can follow if you are getting a "No Match with Email" message when trying to add a child to your center:



  • If a child is being transferred from a center to another within the same network, we recommend using the CLONE function instead of adding it as a new child. You can find and clone children within your network using: Child Finder


  • If you can't find the account using Child Finder, the account may exist outside of your network. Please indicate the parent to provide the exact email, cell phone number and name that they have in their last submitted form to the last center. You can also contact support@upbup.freshdesk.com or open a support ticket to obtain this information. 



Please note that when you add a parent name they must have the same spelling with no spaces at the beginning or end of the name.
