Providers can enable UpBup to automatically remind parents about form requests, in the frequency of your choosing. Parents stop receiving email reminders once they have submitted the requested forms.
Auto Reminders is and optional functionality offered by UpBup. For more information or to enable Auto Reminders please open a Support Ticket
To set up and manage your Auto Reminders follow these steps:
1. Go to your MESSAGES Dashboard
2. Select EDIT for an existing Form Reminder or + ADD MESSAGE to create new Form Reminder
3. Select FormReminder from the Type dropdown menu
4. Select the Form that this reminder will be related to from the Related Form dropdown.
Please note that a reminder can only be associated with 1 form at a time
5. Configure the schedule and number of automatic reminders
- Maximum # of Reminders: Set to a value from 1 - 99 to control the maximum number of automated follow-up reminders. (Setting to 0 will stop the reminders).
- Select Send First Reminder: Specify how long after the form request you would like the first reminder to be sent.
- Select Send Next Reminder: Specify how long after the first reminder you would like the second reminder to be sent.
- Daily Last Week: (Optional) Check the box if you would like parents to receive daily reminders (From Monday - Saturday at 6am) on the week the forms are due.
