UpBup's Messaging Dashboard provides powerful tools for managing and automating the communication between the Provider, Families, and Staff. 


  • In under a minute, you can send personalized emails to every parent of an entire class or center including individual child names in messages addressed to each child’s registered parent or guardian.   • Emails are sent using your center or provider’s email address. Email addresses are verified and approved during your initial UpBup implementation.

Form Requests:

Form request messages refer to the email that parents receive when you REQUEST a form. UpBup will default to the "Standard Form Request for Not Registered Guardian" if no message template has been created for a REQUEST.

Form Reminders:


Form reminders are message templates that can be sent from your FORMS dashboard. They don't reset the "Request Status" of your forms, and are related to a specific form within your center's packet.

UpBup offers automation for your reminders, this way the system will review expiration dates for forms and physical exams and send email reminders with a frequency of your choosing. Info messages can be sent to parents and staff (administrators and teachers that have an UpBup account). These messages could be use to communicate in instances such as changes in school hours, inclement weather closures or updates, field trips, school announcements (welcoming new teachers, informing families of an organization change, open enrollment notices, etc.).
